2. Not Medical Advice / Not for Emergencies
The content on this Site is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute medical or psychiatric advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Use of this Site, including submitting a contact form or appointment request, does not create a provider-patient relationship.

3. Appointment Requests and Telehealth
Submitting a "Book Now" or contact inquiry through the Site does not guarantee an appointment; all requests are reviewed and confirmed by our staff. MLW may offer telehealth (virtual) appointments in addition to in-person appointments. Under Nevada law (NRS 629.515), a provider delivering telehealth services to a patient located in Nevada must hold a valid Nevada license or certificate to practice, and the encounter is governed by Nevada law regardless of the provider’s physical location. Telehealth services offered through this Site are intended only for individuals located in Nevada at the time of the visit, unless otherwise agreed in advance, and are held to the same standard of care as in-person treatment.
